We ship anywhere in the USA, but we Do Not Export.
We ship UPS Ground unless you request another carrier.
Orders will be shipped out within 2 business days of payment and usually less than 1 day.
Freight charge is $6.25 non refundable for most small packages. Air freight is more. UPS C.O.D. charges are currently $5.50.
North Carolina residents must add 6.5% sales tax.

EXCHANGE POLICY.
There will be NO return granted on any item that shows neglect or abuse (intentional or
accidental) including any parts showing burned, broken or damaged parts.
There is NO return policy on software. We will exchange a damaged disk or CD-ROM of same title.
We represent all items to the best of our knowledge and ability, but we offer No Warranties on any product. Warranties, if available, will be through the equipment manufacturer.
ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE OUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Shipping fees, and return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns after 10 days of receipt. Should a replacement for a defective item not be available, a credit or substituted item will be given. All returned equipment must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to return shipment. Customer must pack defective items being returned complete, as if they were new and working condition. Failure to do so may invalidate the RMA. All item accessories must be included for refunds.
